On August 6, 2011, a series of videos hit the Internet that showed mysterious images in Antarctica. These unusual pictures were discovered using Google Earth. Americanbunker, a prolific YouTube user with an intense interest in UFOs and the unknown, captured the images by isolating anomalous forms and structures from the Google Earth program.
He then used simple software to enhance the images. However, the pictures have not been Photoshopped or tampered with in any way. To learn more about the bizarre UFO-shaped forms and images that resemble unknown creatures and other strange objects, please visit americanbunker's official blog.

At just three minutes and eight seconds, the sequel is a bit shorter than the original. Please watch both videos to really experience the full magnitude of the vast array of faces, creatures, and UFO-like shapes scattered around the Antarctica landscape.

Google Earth has been the source of interesting discoveries in the past, including UFOs spotted in Italy and South Africa. Although the UFO that appeared on a screenshot in Italy went largely unreported, the Cape Town, South Africa UFO was widely considered a hoax.
