Observer: Video shot at 2am. This is not a balloon or blimp. This is not an airplane. You can see an airplane flashing in the background. If it was an airplane coming forwards at an angle then the tail and wing lights would be visible. This is not a helicopter. Helicopters are not solid balls of light when you zoom in on them. All aircraft are required to have anti-collision strobe light systems as well as red/green/white positioning light systems. If it is a helicopter or blimp that somehow managed to get airborne without the legal lighting apparatus and just has one big light on the underside of it, then the faint outline of the craft would still be seen on maximum zoom. It is also illegal for helicopters and blimps to fly at night over downtown Toronto.
